Shipping is £3.75 per 15 kg of basket weight, rounded up to the next whole unit. There's no separate charge per product — just the total weight of what you've added.

Once your basket subtotal reaches £50, shipping is on us — no matter the weight.
Delivering to an EH postcode? Shipping is free from just £10.

Worked examples
A basket's weight is rounded up to the next whole 15 kg unit, and each unit costs £3.75.

Baskets are capped at 15 kg in total, so shipping never exceeds £3.75 per basket.
When your basket is delivered
We import on demand every two weeks. Baskets lock on a fixed fortnightly cutoff — the next is 25 October 2026 — and we place our import order to match exactly what's been ordered. Your basket is then packed and handed to our courier 2-3 weeks later, estimated for 15–29 Nov 2026.
Delivery timescales depend on our courier and, occasionally, import timing — we'll email you as soon as your basket is on its way, but we can't guarantee an exact day.
