How much does it cost? +
There's no subscription or membership fee. You pay only for the products you put in your basket, plus shipping at a flat £2.95 per 15 kg (rounded up) — free once your basket reaches £50, or £10 for EH postcodes. Order nothing and you pay nothing.
Why do you only import every two weeks? +
Importing to a fixed fortnightly cutoff lets us order to actual demand instead of guesswork. That means almost no waste, lower prices, and the freedom to offer a huge range of staples rather than just what's trending.
When do I need to choose my products? +
Build and edit your basket as long as you like, then place the order before the cutoff to make that import run. We import on demand every two weeks — the next cutoff is 25 October 2026, with delivery estimated for 15–29 Nov 2026.
Do I have to order every cycle? +
No. There's nothing recurring to opt out of — you're only ever charged for an order you place, at the moment you place it. Order every run, once a year, or not for a while; there's nothing to skip, pause or cancel.
How do I pay? +
By card at checkout, handled securely by Stripe. Your card is charged for that order there and then, and saved so ordering again is quicker — having it on file never causes a charge on its own.
How many products can I add? +
As many as you like — there's no item limit and no minimum. Order as much or as little as you need; shipping is just £2.95 per 15 kg.
Is everything vegan and organic? +
Quality, vegan and organic foods are our focus. Each product is clearly labelled, so you can filter for vegan and vegetarian options as you browse the catalogue.
